Landlord Tenant and Municipal Court

Since its inception, the Firm has provided its clients with advice and guidance on all types of everyday issues, disputes and problems. In that context, our attorneys appear in municipal courts for charges ranging from a speeding ticket to assault. The Firm also acts as counsel for both profit and nonprofit landlords with regard to tenant disputes, nonpayment and violation of lease terms. The Firm has, in the past, also represented public housing authorities.
