Mr. Wieliczko joined the Firm in 1994 and became a partner in April 1999. He has been the Zoning Board Solicitor for Evesham Township since 2013 and the Zoning Board Solicitor for the Township of Willingboro since 2001 and Moorestown Planning Board since 2021.  He has also previously acted as Labor Counsel for the Township of Willingboro and for the Township of Woolwich. He is the managing partner of the Litigation Practice Group and is involved in all aspects of civil trial and appellate practice. He practices in the areas of complex and commercial litigation, casualty defense (personal injury and property damage), labor and employment, education law, defense of civil rights and excessive force claims, land use matters, contract review and negotiation, insurance coverage, claims and disputes, declaratory judgment actions, construction and premises liability, environmental litigation, estate litigation, admiralty and maritime law, directors and officers liability, homeowners and condominium association law and insurance carrier subrogation, indemnification and contribution claims.
